"Five star care"

About: Gloucestershire Royal Hospital

From the late night admittance to the A&E to the cardiac wards I was given first class care. All staff from consultants to domestics were kind and compassionate. I was really frightened at the same time being ashamed at being such a wuss but the reassurance and understanding from everyone was a big help. My procedure was carried out at Cheltenham General where. The level of care was just as high. No wonder we are all so proud of our NHS.
