"rude and uninterested staff"

About: Wharfedale Hospital

I just went to the minor injuries unit because my foot has swollen up and is painful on the top bone after running last week. I will never go back again, I would rather queue at LGI. The nurse actually gave me her diagnosis before she had even examined my foot or compared it to my normal looking foot. She had actually no interest in me as a person and the consultation was over in minutes. I never go to the docs or a and e for anything so this has really put me off as was a complete waste of time.
