The staff in audiology are very caring, kind, considerate as well as being skilled and well trained good and I have over the years had consistently excellent service. It is wonderful to able to turn up and be seen. I only had to wait 15 minutes. I expect to wait much longer and I go with a good book as I value being able to turn up without making an appointment.
