"Wonderful treatment from reception through to..."

I recently had to attend a clinic at Day Theatre for Oral Surgery on Thursday 31st July 2014 I would just like to make the following comments, and please pass them on to the relevant departments.:- I cannot speak highly enough, of the efficiency, expertise and care of all the staff involved – from receptionists, nurses and consultant and his staff. They are all a credit to the Trust. I can almost say it was a pleasurable experience. Whilst I am on this subject, may I also commend the doctor and her staff in Dermatology – excellent treatment – makes you feel a person and not just a number for statistics. I do hope that the Chief Executive gets to read this email, as they could do no better than ensure that all departments have the same work ethos. Thanks for listening
