About: Lings Bar Hospital

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

The food is not cooked right. It is wasted, it is not like mother makes.

The staff are good and look after me.

The place is clean, safe and friendly.

They have the information I needed.

I was listened to and my views were taken seriously. However I feel they could improve involvement in decisions about my care.

The service, punctuality and timeliness was good.

I was treated with respect and dignity.

Please accept my apologies for the delay in responding to your posting which we are very grateful to receive.

It is good to know that you felt well looked after by friendly, caring staff who listened to you and took your views seriously.

The ward team do their best to involve patients in any decisions made about their care and I am sorry that you felt on this occasion that there was room for improvement - I will share your comments with the team.

The food served to our patients is cooked freshly on site each day, I am sorry that you did not enjoy your meals and will pass your comments on to the catering manager.

Thank you for taking the time to feedback to our service.
