(as a relative),

We are really happy with the treatment. Doctors have explained to us about the treatment. One comment I would make is that there are no visitors toilets nearby.

Thank you for the positive feedback. We appreciate your positive feedback and will share it with the teams. We are very sorry that there is no visitors toilets on the 3rd floor of the Jubilee Wing where the Wandle wards are based. However there are toilet facilities for visitors on the ground floor as well as the first floor in this wing.
