"Feeling reassured about forthcoming appointments to the Hospital"

About: Russells Hall Hospital

(as the patient),

I had an appointment to attend the Russells Hall Hospital. I had never been there before and it was 30 miles away. However on my arrival I was pleased at the parking facilities and the hospitals appearance.

Once inside the staff were extremely helpful and polite. As we were a little early for the appointment the restaurant looked very inviting. Very clean.

We found the clinic. I didn’t have to wait too long before I was seen by the doctor.

He explained my health problem to me and my ongoing treatment.

I came away feeling reassured and am not nervous about my forthcoming appointments to this hospital.
