What I liked

The staff in Grays ward were lovely.

What could be improved

HYGIENE: A&E is disgusting.. I could not believe how dirty it was. The toilets stank of urine and the sanitary bins were overflowing. The A&E floors has dried in dirt everywhere the cubicle had blood stains (not mine) on packaging and the tables. I was admitted to gynae ward and had my own room with a shower but the drain was blocked so my shower water went out into the bedroom and out onto the hallway.

Anything else?

The member of staff that saw me in A&E was rude and dismissed my GP's letter because he couldn't read it?! He didn't ask for help from anyone and his English was quite bad. He also threw the disposable plastic bit of my thermometer onto the floor instead of the bin without even thinkin about it. FOUL!
