The physiotherapist I saw, was excellent. I had a tricky issue, but she cleverly got to the heart of the problem very quickly and got to work on resolution. I was very impressed. Unfortunately this particular therapist has now left the NHS. Unfortunately I cannot extend the same praise to the receptionist. On one occasion she booked me in for an appointment, yet when I turned up for it, there was no record. Further to her incompetence, I found her overly blunt to the point of being rude and almost agressive.

Thank you for giving us your feedback about your experience of physiothera[py at Leatherhead Hospital. I will pass on your message both to the therapists and the administration team. I am sorry to hear that whilst your physio expereince was very good, that this was not complimented by the expereince you had at the reception desk. We do take all feedback seriously and don't want patients to have a poor experience of any aspect of their care. The administration team will look into this concern and use it as an example of poor expereince to learn from, so that they offer a positive experience to all. Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your experience. I hope the next time you are a patient of one of CSH Surrey's services, that it is a good experience all round.
