Today we used Louth hospital for our lovely lady with complex needs who we support. From your office staff , porters , nurses, dentist and theatre staff they were all superb. They couldn't have been more supportive , caring and professional . You all made a delicate situation amazing. Well done , you are a credit to the nhs . Many thanks.
