"Rude Fracture clinic staff"

After attending A&E on Saturday I was treferred to the Fracture clinic. It would appear that despite the fact my X-ray showed no fracture I was put in a cast anyway?!? I attended the fracture clinic today and frankly welcome was not warm! The receptionist barely looked up at me when I arrived & checked in, and the consultant I saw was rude not only to me but to the nursing staff. I have barely used The NHS over the years and the one occasion I need some treatment its clear that they are too busy and rushed me through. Staff uniforms all say 'every patient matters', I beg to differ.
