"New A&E disgrace"

I visited A&E yesterday with severe pains, after waiting for about an hour I was seen by the triage nurse then taken through to what they call crossroads, which was an understatement , I was left on a corridor for hours, had my bloods taken while on the corridor, every know and again I would be brought into a cubicle to be examined only to be told to go back on to corridor again, there's no patient confidently at all, the dr was talking to you in the corridor in front of other patients, I thought this new building was supposed to be the future it was more like a third world hospital, the ambulance troll lies were evening lined up to get in and to hear one of the staff saying it was a quiet day I'm sorry I would like to see it in full swing
