"The standard of care was second ..."

About: St Helens Hospital

(as the patient),

What I liked

The standard of care was second to none, the nurses where always checking on me and could not do enough to make my stay in hospital as happy as any stay in hospital could be. Even the food was nice with a good choice and even various puddings for afters. mmmmmm sausage and mash, my favourite.

What could be improved

Nothing realy, sure it was noisy at night and you could not get much sleep but it is a working hospital so some patients where in need of more intensive care, as i did myself straight after my hip opperation, so no complaints.

Anything else?

I was in garmon ward and i was recently back at St Helens for a check up by the Dr on my hip and was sad to see that the old ward and that part of the hospital was being demolished

:-( ah well thats progress for you :-( Oh and thanks for a nice cup of milk in the morning. Thanks a lot to everyone at St Helens hospital, Vinny.
