My first appointment with Neurology was cancelled by letter, I turned up for the second appointment 4 weeks later only to be told it had be cancelled. I had received no notification of this. The general attitude of the staff was dismissive and unhelpful, the first person I spoke to by phone actually said what do you expect me to do about it? I got passed from pillar to post but was finally able to have a new appointment arranged for a week later.Overall, what a shambles.I have mentioned this to several people and nearly all have had some tale of woe involving this hospital.
