"Eye Dept Appointment"

About: Conquest Hospital

I attended the Eye Dept several weeks ago and was told I would be contacted within the month for a follow-up visit. As I had not been contacted I telephoned. The only facility is to leave a message via an 'answer phone' but still no response. I telephoned again and was told I could not speak to the dept direct but upon my insistence was put through to Patient Liaison. I was told they would liaise on my behalf but after several days I am still waiting.
