About: Basildon University Hospital

Very happy with responses and care given to daughter across Children's A&E and fracture clinic desk/plaster room. The Doctor and Sister on duty in Children's A&E plus their excellent nurses were very respectful, caring and diligent on morning of Friday 15th August helping to make a bad situation bearable. All departments reacted quickly and politely - very grateful to all (including play-leader who chipped in to distract child from pain). All this will help reduce stress levels on the necessary return visits, thank you very much to all involved.
