"Disinterested staff"

About: University College Hospital

I visited A&E/urgent care. Staff ran through the motions and were uncaring towards me. The doctor interrupted me constantly when I asked questions and when I clarified previous treatment. The nurses did not make eye contact once. I left feeling quite distressed.
