"Excellent treatment "

About: Queen Elizabeth The Queen Mother Hospital / General medicine

(as a relative),

My 97 year old mother was admitted to A&E with a severe urine infection - it really was 'touch and go'.

The care she received was amazing, there was certainly no 'rationing' concerned in the way she was cared for. After spending a week on Minster Ward she returned to her care home and is now doing very well.

Thank you very much for taking the time to provide feedback. We have a great team on Minster ward and they will appreciate the feedback. I do hope your mother continues to be well.
