I have been trying to find out if the ultrasound appointment has been made for me and I couldn't get through despite trying for whole day. On the rare occasion that someone did pick up the phone, the person just disconnected the call straight away. My referral letter has been faxed from my GP, so I wanted to check whether the hospital has even received it, as I already have a bad experience with this particular hospital. It is very badly managed so please choose somewhere else.
