"Excellent care on Stroke Ward"

I was admitted to the Stroke Ward after arriving at A and E with Stroke symptoms. I received a CT scan and soon found myself under the care of my consultant. Having previously received care for my first Stroke in a different hospital I was amazed at the difference! The consultant explained all details and conclusions of my scans and tests which she did over the period of my two day stay. I was treated with respect and intelligence. Even though it was a busy ward I felt time was not an issue and I was able to ask her any questions I wished. The consultant more than met excellence in patient care!
