All I can say is I was on Samson ward I wasn't happy but my sister after me was induced and the staff were lovely a student amazing midwife so friendly had all the time for you and reassurance made my sister with her first baby who was scared feel so comfortable she was amazing and also the midwife that delivered my sisters baby she was unbelievable truly made my sister feel comfortable and confident to give birth amazing midwives

Thank you for your lovely comment about Samson Ward, it is very welcome at times like this and I am sorry you yourself previously had an experience you were not happy about. We too think our staff are amazing, but it's always nice to read that our patients and their families think so too. Thank you!
