"Lovely caring staff."

About: Freeman Hospital

My overall opinion of this hospital was very positive. Staff friendly and caring, seemed to go out of their way to put me at ease and help me through what was a worrying experience. To nurses were lovely people, thank you to you both. I would like to point out that I would have felt more comfortable with a curtain around the bed when the camera procedure was being carried out as the door out of the room led into a corridor. This was the only time I felt my dignity wasn't considered. Staff were lovely and seemed genuinely pleased when tests showed nothing wrong. Many thanks to all .

The Urology Staff are pleased that they were able to assist you at your recent visit and would like to thank you for your kind words. We also thank you for your comments concerning the curtains in the investigation area which will allow us to address this for future patients. With Best Wishes
