"Long delays in prebooked appointments"

About: Western Eye Hospital

Unfortunately I had to give 1 star for this sole reason - delays in pre booked appointments. Last winter I was here well in time for my 2.15pm appointment. And after 6pm when the staff had gone, the doc saw me. All patients were extremely annoyed. And today again, as I write this review, I'm sitting in the waiting room (outdoor patients dept) for my 2.15pm appointment and it's already 4pm. This is utterly disappointing.
