Waited 2:30hrs to see Dr for 5 mins. Needed Cray on the day, with foresight this could have been prearranged. Poor system- car park charges was the only satisfied customer today.

Dear Anonymous Outpatient Thank you for telling us of your experiences on Friday; I am sorry to learn of the delays and would agree that this is not acceptable. We are in the process of revising our processes and systems so that most of our patients who have an outpatient appointment will also have a pre-booked appointment for imaging although we are not there yet.
