I have a complaint to make to the patient laision department at the Royal Victoria Hospital Belfast date: 9/3/07 time at writing: 12 58 pm.
I have already spoken with a person called Lindsay in the Pals office earlier. She gave an email address to send my complaint to. The email address is nonexistant.(complaintsroyal@royalhospitals.n-i.nhs.uk) . Couldnt send the email so tried ringing again on the freephone number on their website (Line dead). Rang the hospital switchboard They hadnt a clue to the email address although put me through to an answering machine allegedy at PALS.
The complaint i have to report concerns my 80 year old mother and is quite urgent.
