The gentleman who was to see me came out personally to take me to room for hearing. He explained in detail the test involved, which was carried out successfully. I have to have hearing aids – he explained the results. I have been offered an appointment next week for fittings.
It was explained that they are a private company working exclusively for NHS and that no cost was involved.
