"Inpatient on F1"

I was a patient on F1 in July. My whole experience was made so much better by the dedication of all the staff. The medical team and the nursing staff were amazing.The care I received was outstanding at all times. The whole team, including the physiotherapists and pharmacist worked so well together to ensure that my recovery time was as speedy as possible. My privacy and dignity were maintained at all times and all the staff were available and ready to listen to my concerns and questions about my operation and subsequent recovery. I was kept informed at all times and was involved in all decisions about my care by both the medical and nursing staff. I felt confident on discharge from the ward that I had been allowed to ask all the questions I needed to and been given all the information I needed about drugs and any aftercare,follow up appointments etc.
