"Cannot fault"

I was an emergency admission to ward 18 and cannot fault any part of my care or the stay in the hospital. The staff were, were kindness itself, their care exceptional, everything was explained fully to me, and if all wards and departments were run as well as ward 18, anyone would be hard pressed to complain.
