My husband had an endoscopy recently at the West Cumberland Hospital.
The person carrying out the procedure was friendly and helpful but his mobile phone rang two, if not three, times during the endoscopy and he answered it each time! Was this really necessary?
"Use of mobile phones during procedures - by staff!"
