"Not very good treatment"

About: Whitchurch Hospital

(as a relative),

Can you tell me what the policy is regarding footcare/treatment, I have been attending the outpatient department at Whitchurch hospital claypit street SY13 1NT for a number of years, I used to see a lady chiropodist there and I thought she was very good, she did everything you would expect to receive if you went to a private chiropodist, but the last couple of times I, ve been seen by another chiropodist and doesn't seem to offer the same service, cuts my toe nails and thats about it, I have complained about having sore toes, but the chiropodist says they cant do anything with the skin, away my daughter took me to her chiropodist, and she said she couldn't believe the poor condition my feet were in, she noticed I have 3 ulcers, but thinks they have been present for some time, why haven't they been treated, she also removed a lot of hard skin, they do feel a lot better now, she said I don't know how you have managed to walk about, anyway I have had some treatment now but will have to make frequent visits to the nurse to have the dressings changed, not very good treatment for the elderly is it.
