"Cannot fault service"

The service is excellent, I cannot fault it. Recently I’ve had to call paramedics four times. I often fall and cannot get back up. At 89, I need help and the paramedics are always cool and calm.

I’m not the lightest, but the paramedics never make any bones about helping me. They even make me a cup of tea sometimes.

I’m very grateful for the service.
