"Thank you all staff in Endoscopy at Macclesfield District hospital"

About: Macclesfield District General Hospital / General surgery

(as the patient),

I was a patient in the Endoscopy unit at the Macclesfield District hospital for the removal of gall stones. Whilst on the ward, the nurses insisted on being on christian name terms with all of the patients. I thought this was excellent. I was very well looked after and I have no complaints at all. Thank you so much.

Thank you for telling us about your experience on the Endoscopy & Treatment Unit. We are really pleased that you felt you were well looked after, and that you were impressed with the way the nurses addressed you. Patients filling in comments cards during January 2009 said that they thought the staff were ‘friendly’, ‘pleasant’ ‘caring’ and ‘approachable’. Your feedback with be passed on to the staff on the Unit.
