(as the patient),

My recent physiotherapy treatment was carried out by a truly magnificent and professional lovely lady named Louise Wegner. My experience was of complete trust and satisfaction, so would like to congratulate her personally as a credit to her physio team: )

Thank you for your feedback which is much appreciated.

Although your referral was processed by the TRAQS team we note that your comments relate to Princess Royal Hospital NHS Trust and unfortunately I am unable to pass on your positive comments to the physio who treated you..

Please may I suggest that you contact he Patient Advice Liaison Officer (PALS). They will be able to pass your comments on to the physio department and the physio who treated you..

The PALS Office are able to accept compliments for the services received by patients as well as investigating concerns on behalf of a patient.
