I had an exceptional nurse, who was also a counsellor. I had difficulties accepting my disease or even talking about it. He has persuaded me to take medication which I had no intention of ever taking. His patience and his words have changed my life, I just wasn't listening to anyone else. He has encouraged me to accept myself and the disease I have. Over the time I have dealt with this nurse he has answered all of my questions and given the best care I could have ever hoped to receive.
