"great hospital lovely caring staff"

I've had to attend 2 appointments on b1 ward within the last 2 weeks and I must say that both times I was very impressed with everything. This is the first time that I've ever had to go and have any treatment in hospital and I must admit I was quite nervous. Both lots of treatment that I needed was not going to be a pleasant experience but everyone was very kind, caring and showed great patience and empathy. Every procedure was explained to me in a manner that was very easy to understand. All further treatment that I will need to have has also been discussed with me. I can't congratulate this department enough. Thank you for making what has been and will be quite a worrying and at times traumatic time a lot easier.
