"Still waiting!!"

I have been on the waiting list for Birmingham Dental Hospital for 5 years now and in all honesty I am tired of waiting, I am 19 years old and would have liked my treatment to have been completed by now. I have had 1 assessment and that was 5 years ago. After visiting the hospital, phoning and emailing over the years I still have yet to receive treatment. There are people younger than me receiving treatment who have not had to wait and yet I have had to. This is ridiculous.
