I went to the Whittington late one night recently, accompanying a friend with non-emergency diabetic complications. Just for the record, the queue in the waiting room was awfully long, but the nurse co-ordinating everybody there was courteous, polite and efficient. So the place does look stressful to work in, but you can tell they're dedicated.
