"Great minor injury service"

About: Wharfedale Hospital

Went to Otley with a painful foot which I suspected was a broken foot bone. Arrived around 8pm on a Thursday, only a couple waiting. In 10-15 mins I was seen and Xray was needed. I went straight there, and was seen immediately. On return to the unit I was maybe 5 mins before nurse saw me again. Confirmed Metatarsil fracture, I was introduced to the plaster technician/nurse immediately, and a cast applied, crutches supplied. I was in and out in just over an hour. Great service.
