"First-class care from community matron"

About: Central Lancashire PCT / Community nursing

(as the patient),

I have been visited by my community matron for about 10 months now and on each occasion I have found the visits to be absolutely first-class.

She is very professional, but with a very friendly disposition. When I have been acutely ill she has always got me treatment without delay, either by liaising with my doctor or the hospital.

She is very knowledgeable and is always willing to advise, support and help in any way.

I look forward to her visits and cannot speak highly enough of her.
