"Excellent in every aspect."

I visited the Neurology department today (12th August 2014) at Dudley Guest hospital. On arrival it was very easy to park and find our way in. We were welcomed by the receptionist and told where we needed to wait. I had only just sat down and was called almost immediately by the nurse, who carried out some basic medical checks with me. I only waited 5 minutes to see the consultant who was extremely nice, friendly and professional. During my short wait before seeing the consultant, I observed that the nurses were constantly making sure other patients were being dealt with and not left unattended. It was a nice, pleasant and spotlessly clean environment. I actually said to my husband that it felt like a private hospital. Overall as hospital visits go, it was excellent. :)
