"mum admitted"

My mum was seen and I agree the nursing staff are amazing other than one cock sure lady we saw on a weekend she was awful my mum was to be discharged the bed was taken and she had to sit in a wheelchair for 2 and a half hours waiting for medication. The lady doctor kept telling us there were were more seriously ill patients which we fully understand but why not get someone else to get the medication while she deals with them then we get them and she informs us she can't sign them off she needs someone else to do it !!! Arghhhhhhhh why not get someone else to do it in the first place. Basically her bedside manner left a lot to be desired
