"I found the doctor rude"

(as the patient),

Waited over 35mins for appt then went into see doctor while I was having my consultation he took a phone call instead of saying please ring back im in with a patient he continued with call I found this very rude

Please accept my sincere apologies this is certainly not the standard of care we expect for our patients. We are always striving to improve our communication and we are working with staff around behaviours and values expected from staff members.
