"Councelling has helped me more than I could have ever imagined"

About: Six Degrees IAPT

(as a service user),

I thought counselling wouldn't help but agreed as it couldn’t hurt. My experience is completely different. The Counselling has helped me more than I could have ever imagined. I felt really comfortable right from the start and able to talk about the thing that I wanted to and were important to me. The counselling has really helped me put things into perspective.

It would be amazing if everyone with stress could get access to this service and have the same support I have received.
