I am happy with how the matron Emma and her assistant Vicky have treated me and carried out any of my wishes, via my GP's surgery, to get me a prescription or something that I need.

Emma and Vicky clearly provide you with support. I am sure that it is reassuring that you have someone who can contact your GP to help make sure that you are receiving the correct care at the right time.
