Two weeks ago at my daughter’s home in Chiswick I did not feel well and called 111 for advice. Arrangements were made for me to be seen at Queen Mary’s Hospital, Roehampton the following day. It was wonderful – I was seen immediately, the cause was shingles and I kept feeling worse and worse, which is the case with shingles, before I felt any better after a number of days.
I’m so happy I know about 111, they have been of enormous help several times. This service is marvellous
