"Excellent A&E care"

After being admitted to a and e after experiencing complication following surgery. I couldn't ask for better care from the porters to the nursing staff. I was treated with respect and dignity and am truly grateful to the staff at Worcester Royal. Having arrived by ambulance and feeling quite anxious I immediately felt reassured by the staff nurse. Everyone introduced them self to me and always called me by my name. It's the small things that make you feel like a person and not just a patient. Thank you for your hard work.
