"Sons collision with a Bed Frame"

About: Ripley Hospital

I have now realised that becoming a mother requires nerves of steel and eyes in the back of your head. My son decided to leap from the bed after the dog and split his eyebrow on the bed frame. Horrified, sleep deprived and oh so emotional we ventured to Ripley A & E. We were welcomed by friendly staff and even a kiddy area to keep the wee chappy distracted. Despite it being a very busy morning for the staff they were reassuring and kind and once he was glued back up he had giggles for the nurses - Thanks Team Ripley

Thanks for taking the time to comment on the service you and especially your son received at Whitworth Hospital MIU. It’s always pleasing to hear when our patients have had such a good experience that we able to send them on their way giggling. I will make sure your kind words are passed on to the staff involved.
