I wanted to leave some positive feedback as you only seem to hear the negative reviews. I had my daughter at Queens Hospital on 27th July and was really happy with the level of services provided by all the staff. I was admitted to the antenatal ward on Friday 25th July to be induced and every point of my treatment was explained in detail and any questions I had were answered quickly and clearly. After a few attempts I was finally ready to deliver on Sunday afternoon and although it was a long weekend I was well looked after. The midwife that delivered my daughter was cool and calm after the labour established and escalated quickly and put me at ease. Treatment in the postnatal ward was also brilliant and we were well looked after and both my daughter and I checked over thoroughly before being discharged on Monday afternoon. Unfortunately my daughter was readmitted on Wednesday 30th August with a suspected infection but we were again well looked after by all staff at the hospital. Brilliant staff - professional and friendly to the end.
