"Highly professional service"

This was my first visit to Glenfield Hospital and I was rather apprehensive about the procedures (gastroscopy and colonoscopy). The team were highly professional, friendly and very reassuring. They were also efficient without ever making me feel rushed and although parts of the procedure were uncomfortable every effort was made to minimise the discomfort. I felt my dignity was maintained at all times. Due to complications with the morning appointments my afternoon appointment was a little late but this was explained to me as soon as I was booked in and the nurse apologised for the delay. I would recommend this department for anyone who needs a similar procedure and would like to thank the team for their excellent care.
