"Service has greatly improved"

During my first few appointments here I was less than impressed by the way appointments seemed to be organised at this hospital (long waits to see the consultants, all the seats at the upstairs reception taken etc.). After having made my thoughts known (as politely as possible) to the staff, I have seen a great improvement in the service. This has restored my faith in the fact that the kind people who work here do actually listen and respond to your concerns. Now I'm very happy to attend my appointments!
